What's worse than hanging curtains?  Ummmmm, how about hanging curtains at 1:148?
It really is a pain in the nether parts.  Also shows how age affects eye sight.  Grrrrr...
I will post pics in a few days though, soon as I get the roof on and the lighting sorted out.

What would drive you to say, 'I'd rather be hanging curtains!'... ???  :hmmm:

There, doesn't that feel better?
Lovely!

Swish rail @ 1:148. Those runners must be really tiny!  ;)

Look forward to those pics.

I built some of the Scalescenes houses and I know exactly where you are coming from with the curtains.

It's the part of kit building I hate too.

could be worse, you could be building and hanging miniature louvre blinds :)

I've just stuck masking tape behind the windows on kits in the past and pretended they were shut, smoke ridden Roman blinds.

You don't have to fit the glass either. However, I'm lazy and rubbish at scenery but bad eyesight can be a good thing.... hence no pictures  :D

Good luck

Indeed, but I'm not talking it up!!!  The building in question is a small, 2 storey half timber house.  The diamond leaded windows with (coloured toilet paper) curtains will do just fine!  Still have the roof to do and the lighting.  Due to preparing for the work upcoming on my flat I have reduced working space so progress is s-l-o-w right now.

Despite the above post, I was hoping to finish this wee house over the week end and get a pic or two posted by Monday.  Looks like it's gonna be held up.  Just heard, the fitters are coming very early Monday morning to put in the new doors and windows so I have to get everything right out of the way for that piece of excitement.  It'll be great once it's done but I ain't looking forward to the experience of installation.
Pics will appear as soon as possible.....

These are the 1:1 items.  I wonder what they would say if I asked them to do the 1:148 parts while they were here...

I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
