Ours is called the office. Unfortunately the manager passed away last year. 'Twas a good wake though!

Any kind of oily fish will help ease the pain a bit. Trouble is I don't eat fish so take 1000mg fish oil capsules each day.

After reading about fish oil here, and with just about joint I have starting to give me stick, I bought a bottle of 1000mg fish oil capsules last week, and have been taking 4 a day.

So far, after a week, no change at all. How long does it take to get a result?

Will I grow gills and fins?

Supposedly it makes a huge difference with your cholesterol too. It's worth mentioning that if you freeze them before you take them, you don't get those nasty fish burps
