Quote from: Newportnobby on Today at 12:10:37 PMJust had a call from Preston hospital saying they've had a cancellation so could I go for the MRI scan I've been waiting nearly a year for on Feb 12th at 08.15. Course I can, even though it will mean getting up at silly o'clock to avoid all the rush hour crap. In the meantime I need to get to Chorley hospital next week sometime for a chest X ray, the results of which are needed by the MRI team
I hope it all goes well.
Is getting to Chorley a problem?

It's not the getting there, Martin
Being (long) retired I don't tend to get out of bed before 8 - 9 ack emma* but to ensure I miss the rush hour and get a parking space I really need to be at Chorley hospital by about 08.00 so leave at about 07.30

*Especially if I have a rough night. Usually I can anywhere between 5 - 7 hours of sleep but not necessarily in one go. A stretch of bad nights can result in me sleeping for up to 10 -11 hours!!
