None of the links work for me. They all come up as "502 Bad Gateway".

RMweb seems to have been offline for the past couple of hours. The links should work when the whole site is back up and running.

Yeah... Anonymous took them down after an American modeller proposed moving the OO section into the narrow gauge section...

And please don't let Dapol make it if the gestation time of their other Southern offering is anything to go by.

The west Country has taken longer to get to tooling than the schools to production!
That said I'd prefer no one to make a king Arthur until the west Countries and castles are out

Still holding out for a 92. Seems others are too!

Part of the frustrating thing (from my perspective) looking at the results is just how much of the things that people want are already available as kits (particularly the post-steam era)!

I accept (reluctantly!) that some people don't want to build kits but it feels like such a wasted opportunity both for the kit producer and the modeller.

Cheers, Mike

I have "two left hands". Each time I've tried to do a kit, the result was really disappointing. So definitely, RTR models are welcome.
Furthermore, my feeling is that these kits that are then produced as RTR by a "big" manufacturer are very useful for two reasons: for those who have "two right hands" and thus do not have to wait for an RTR model, and for people like me because the success of these kits may help in triggering their launch as RTR model.

By the way, I note that, as usual, I have voted for items which are not the "most wanted".
•   class 128                                                     60 votes
•   class 71                                                       57 votes
•   Cement lorry for use with Presflo wagons   51 votes
•   1938 stock                                                   40 votes
•   class 110                                                     38 votes
•   Night Ferry stock                                          32 votes (the one I want most)  :'(
•   class 07                                                       30 votes
•   Derby Lightweight single unit                      27 votes
(but I would be happy with a Derby Lightweight 2-car which gathers 61 votes)

The same with politics, at each national election, I vote for the looser...
