It's a must-have for Buffalo Chicken Wings - not the most healthy sauce though - 50-50 Frank's Red Hot and butter :)

I can't do a macaroni cheese without cayenne pepper   :food:

I like Tabasco sauce but it's a bit watery.

But which one? I like the green one best:

I discovered what we just call yellow sauce when we were on holiday in Barbados and this is the closest I have found to the real thing. There are always a couple of bottles of this in the cupboard and by pure coincidence I'll be having some later on pork loin chops and rice:

We actually brought some home from Barbados in a 2 litre plastic coke bottle. We made sure it was wrapped well in the suitcase though otherwise I would have had to buy a complete new wardrobe if it had split. Some people may well say that wouldn't have been such a bad thing  :hmmm:

Not the bus stop (again)

Slight digression again. It was Bealette's 40th birthday last night, so Bealman did the right thing and had one of the GrandBealettes for a sleepover while mum and dad went to a posh hotel and restaurant in Sydney for a night for themselves.

Of course while they were dining on a six course dinner, I was eating chicken nuggets from the bus stop McDonalds :*(

Testing chicken nuggets before the little ones eat them?

You could have had six courses of chicken nuggets!

All the very best.
