Funnily enough, I piched up a WD Austerity, black - late crest for £80 on Friday from the same branch. Just got it run in, about to fit the chip now.

Putting this in here, as I think it will make me happy at my next exhibition visit.

At the weekend, I came across an old man, making his way round an exhibition (not railway), and he had the perfect device for clearing the "gawpers" out of the way - a three wheeled mobility walker, that he was pushing along. The shape of it was just like a railway snowplough, and had the same effect of parting the way ahead of him. Think I will invest in one for next time.

Not a bad idea Kipper but I have said it before and will say it again " eat plenty of onions and baked beans a few days before the show and you will have the place to yourself"
