As we slide into autumn here, the Old Pacific Sea (as Barry Mackenzie called it) looks magnificent from Bealman's hospital window this morning. Yes, I'm out of bed in-between visits from the dripalator:

A demotion.

Moved from 6th floor to 3rd floor today. The go-home soon ward? I wish! With Easter looming, they emptied that ward out so they could employ less nurses.

Hurry up and get better. You're missing all the nicest mid autumn weather.

Hope you get home soon, leaving the pain and discomfort behind.

I certainly agree with you there, Mark. The weather at Easter time is the best of the year. Beautiful, not too hot but not too cold.

Same here. April and May are my favourite months. Although hot and cold here, between the Forth and the Tweed, are rather different concepts from NSW. And, rather than having the blue Pacific to look at, I, with a bit of effort, can see the Firth of Forth and the North Sea which are grey. Fifty shades of grey.

Take care of yourself.

All the very best.

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

Ah, the North Sea. You're making me quite homesick! :(

At least it's taking my mind off the night of horrors awaiting me

Thanks for the kind thoughts, John. :beers:
