Here we are again. Transport grinds to a halt. Schools are shut. Roads closed off.

I was in Vienna during really bad snowfall. There were signs all over the place for anyone unemployed or wanting extra cash to turn up at a list of locations and help clear the essential stuff and get the trams running etc.

That was quite an interesting approach and seemed to actually work.
