I assume you mean a Collett Goods 0-6-0 tender loco, of which Peco and UM have both had a stab at, and both are no longer available.

1: Is there any way somebody could acquire the rights to manufacture Union Mills locos?

2; How many members here would buy an SR 4-6-0,obviously a Nelson would be favourite but an Arthur, S15 or H15 would be welcome.
With the latter 3 classes one could almost get away with two body types and choice of wheel size- Urie and Maunsell
( main difference being the cab roof and tender body )

@Dorsetmike I would personally prefer an Arthur over a Nelson but yes I'd take one of either .

Lots of wild suggestions were floated at the time Colin stopped.
All were lacking one absolutely vital element for an acquisition, which is a willing seller...
