So sorry to hear that, Alan. You had a good long life together. I'm sure your family and HB will bring you great comfort in the weeks ahead. May she rest in peace.

Alan, in your true style I'm absolutely :censored: gutted for you. Having met and chatted with you a few times I know this will hit you hard after so many years together. I really don't know what else to say apart from, you have my phone number and also that next time I'm passing again we really must meet up. Keep your chin up as much as possible fella, I'm thinking of you  :(

Not being my 'normal' self Alan, I have only just seen your post. Flippin' 'eck, I don't know what to say. Louisa and myself are thinking of you all at this time. Any one of us forumites would be happy to converse via PM or 'phone if necessary. Take care and I hope SWMBO is now at peace.
David.
I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.
If a friend seems distant, catch up with them.

I just don't know what to say. So very sad. Hang on in there. Surround yourself with family, and HB of course.
