Nobody say anything nice.

I've no doubt he upset someone in his life so cant be called anything other then Tim.

Will be missed, no doubt.

Always surprised how rarely 'The Goodies' were repeated, but when they are, I think it's aged pretty well. It's very much Harry Hill sort of stuff, a milder sort of Monty Python. Comedy moves on, but I think 'The Goodies' will be remembered fondly for some time to come -- the kitten pulling down the Post Office Tower is absolutely brilliant!

By sheer coincidence, The Goodies was my planned "next to watch" batch of comedies.

Aye, Kitten Kong was IMO one of the best two, the other being Kung Fu Capers, which I'm a couple of episodes away from watching.

This deserves a photo of Poppy climbing up the Post Office tower. 🙂

Kind regards

Gutted, he was a guy that always made me laugh, especially in the Goodies. Another good person claimed by this vile disease!  :(

My favourite was the "Black Beauty" episode.

I liked the songs too - 'the Funky Gibbon", "Black Pudding Bertha, Queen of Northern Soul".

I agree a very sad loss.

But let's not forget the very, very, long running 'Clue'.

And "The Four Yorkshiremen"

Hearing Tim on Clue was like listening to someone who seemed like a funny, familiar friend who never seemed to take himself seriously.

Another sad loss.

Actually I'm pretty devastated by this, as this is the first place I've heard of it. Ironically, I was just looking through my Goodies book while I was uploading some pics to the forum yesterday!

As one of our members said, they're dropping like flies at the moment.

Thanks for the laughs, TBT.
