Thanks - after the initial shock of the poo descending, all I found I could do was laugh about it!

My back was not laughing though - after all that shovelling!
Just one Pendolino, give it to me, a beautiful train, from Italy

Evening all,I haven't had a chance to do anything on my layou tonight due to having been to Sheffield Motorpoint Arena to see Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds Alive on Stage.
Bit of a poor excuse I know but trust me when I say this,it was absolutely the most fantastic thing I have ever seen in my life.
As a kid,I yearned for this to make it to the stage and unfortunately due to a whole miriad of reasons have I only been able to make it to this years show.I shall most definately be going should it be staged again next year and perhaps a few more years after that.
Truly amazing,honestly.

I broke my ankle in 2 places nearly 3 weeks ago, and am not allowed to put any weight on it for at least another 3, after which I will probably need to learn to walk again before I can climb into the loft where my model railway waits - Merry Christmas everybody!!!

Ouch! Sounds horribly painful. With a reason like that, you are certainly excused modelling duties until physically capable - no doctor's note required

I feel your pain, I shattered my Fibula and Tibia and for good measure a hairline fracture of my Ankle last Christmas and I'm only just able to get back onto the loft.

Take it easy, and let everybody look after you.

Yep, take it easy - 'tis the season for christmas cheer sympathy! I broke my wrist 12 months ago and I've noticed I don't heal like I used to. It still hurts and I just live with it.

Merry Christmas!  :beers:

Following a couple of YouTube comments, I've been raking over a video game project that's been sitting on my drive for a couple of years and thinking of actually make the thing deployable, the graphic library it uses has been updated and it won't render properly any more...   :hmmm:
They're there for their tea.
