Guys
has the white stuff got to you yet? here in Swanley we have a good covering already and as we live at the bottom of a steep hill I have had to go out and move our cars up the road otherwise we will be grounded!!
Just hope its not to deep at 5.30 in the morning, I have to go to work which will involve a 20 mile slide to Barking, cant wait.

A slight dusting here in Bristol, a bit slushy at the moment so it will probably be gone by the morning ! :(

raining here in Hove, although according to the Met office website we've got heavy snow.

that was probably the three flakes we had before it turned wet !!

We've had some in Newark.

Our two miniature Dachsunds wouldn't go out at first, then tried it and ended up running about like kids in a playground, didn't want to come back in.

There is a light dusting in Newcastle city centre which is well short of the five inches we were told was on its way.  ::)

Especially if it looks like a name spelled. ;D
For all this female equality stuff I've never heard of a female standing and writing her name in the snow. ;D

Arrived here about 2 hours ago. We've had an inch already and still falling steadily. Looking forward to getting some photos done tomorrow for next Christmas's cards!

A light dusting here...but now looks to be raining. See if it freezes...not that I'm planning to go out tomorrow.

We've had about three inches in Doncaster,so as there are places where snow is more prevalent at this time of year, expect lots of stories on the news about the whole country grinding to a halt.

Me incidentally,I'm working tomorrow,so I'll be driving a ten ton bus down lots of icy roads.Sounds perillous, but actually improves ones skills.Hopefully all the OAP's and mallrats will stay at home tomorrow cos its cold.I want a nice quiet day as its my last for nine days.Woohooooo.

About an inch or so here in Essex (at least where I am).  I've been out in the conservatory watching it whilst cutting foam and fitting head-code discs.

The only way to guarantee failure, is not to try

On Friday it seemed that we all decided to leave work at 4pm because of the snow (according to the radio) which was their explanation of the gridlock that  took me 4h45m to drive home.

This afternoon the temperature was -15C, although it has since risen to -12C.  The radio said that Monday will be tee-shirt weather with a maximum of -3C.

We have had hardly any snow today, so we are left with six inches of amazingly fluffy snow.

Last week my lupins were growing wildly and were covered in greenfly, so I am grateful for a bit of cold weather, which with luck will also keep the mosquito population down, but it can go away now.
