Thanks, John. The bridge was built by the same firm, but when I've returned to England, I'm reminded just how much bigger Sydney Harbour bridge is! :thumbsup:

On a happier note, youngest Bealette is off to Sydney Opera House on Thursday to hear the orchestra play the Lord of the Rings soundtrack.

On a recent visit to the doctor, I was told I had to provide specimens out of both orifices. Glad to see them colour coded so I know what goes where!  ;D  ;D

I was asked for similar before but with 3 different samples. I just gave them my pants which I had worn the day before  :sick:

Every mobile phone in Australia beeped loudly at 2pm this afternoon. Well, not everywhere, exactly - places like SA and WA had to be different, didn't they -  (different time zones).

I knew it was coming but it still scared the crap out of me! ::)

So would people close to the boundary have received it an hour early or an hour late, depending on where they were in relation to the masts?
