I've had nothing but good dealings with Osborns in years past. Yes, the response to emails might have been sluggish sometimes, but the good old phone call was always received with a cheery reply and action.

Bet your car has stop start technology Mick, @Newportnobby  they reckon that's ok because they fit better rated batteries. But to me who spent nearly all his life in the motor trade, I turn mine off. Perhaps I am synical but are they trying to sell more batteries and starter motors. By the way hope your back is not causing to much discomfort and you can still ride that bike.

@lil chris I always turn off the stop/start but with Qashqais you have to do that every time you start the car.?
I'll find out in June whether I can ride the bike again
Shame you missed the Preston show. There was no Warrington show last year either. That and the Wigan one are sorely missed

Yes mine is easy to turn off, just a switch, but I have heard later models you have to go into menu's............pain in the you know what...lol
