Smarmy he may be but made a couple of good saves in the first 10 minutes of the second half.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Brazil have been running on a certain degree of luck - and home support - throughout the cup. Well, their luck ran out tonight, as well as facing a ruthlessly efficient Germany. And that final German goal was something rather special.

The most damning moment? When the Brazil fans were 'ole'ing' each German pass and (rightfully) applauding the final German goal.

P.S. More misery for Brazil - Klose has overhauled Ronaldo's World Cup goal scoring record in this match.

Glad I am not a Brazil fan but they did better than we did!!

Not realyl sure if it was a superb German performance or an abysimal Brazillian one to be honest, possibly a bit of each because I think Brazil helped Germany look good with appauling lack of defending at times.

It was 4 goals in 6 minutes at one point in the first half!!!

It was actually 1 goal every 12.857142857142857142857142857143 minutes. Roughly
Or every 11.25 minutes if you include the Brazilian goal  :(

Someone at work placed 30 on Germany scoring 4 goals or more at 28/1. They won 840.
