My wife spent quite a while trying to get money from an ATM using her Tesco Clubcard. Even went into the store to complain to Tesco that the ATM was not working! The red face shone through her rouged cheeks!

OK, no comments but I did in the past spent 5 minutes trying to shave at 5.30 in the morning... easy mistake battery razor, calulator side by side on the beside table (at least that is my excuse

I once tried using the mobile phone to 'turn over the TV channel' and got really annoyed after 2 minutes of attempting to press the numbers on the phones key pad to no avail before realising the remote control for the TV was actually on the coffee table

Before mobile phones got smaller then got bigger again such as the Samsung Galaxy smart phones,a woman got on my bus to go to work.As it was busy she had to stand up near the drivers cab.

As is always the case,she decided to check her phone and pulled out the telly remote control.As we were stationary in traffic,I was at the time,not necesarily watching,but I saw her pull it out.She saw that I'd seen her take it out and smiled then went a bit red.

Had what I thought was the smoothest shave I'd ever had from a disposable razor before I realised I hadn't taken the plastic cover off

I find shaving REALLY annoying. I have to take my specs off whilst I splatter gel all over my face, then grope around for my specs to put them back on for the shaving bit. But by then I've covered the lenses in shaving gel so still can't see a damn thing.

I often get into bed, turn the lamp off, and think...wow I can see really well...and then realise I still have my glasses on!

I keep to hand at home a small notebook just for jotting off things down, bits of shopping, phone messages etc..One Saturday morning I used the notepad and then put it down.  A few hours later something came to mind that I needed to jot down.  Could I find the notebook...no.  I quizzed the kids, as they often use it to, "no, not had it Dad".  I retraced my steps and couldn't find it.  Mildly frustrated with myself I found another pad and noted down my "thought".  Later in the day my wife opens up the microwave and asks "Who left this notepad in the microwave?"...don't remember putting it in there at all!

But there you go...

In the days of analogue tv's I've tried adjusting the focus on a fuzzy tv once and after a couple of minutes realise I've not got my glasses on.
