Mick,

There are plenty of kids go to T20 Blast matches and county 50 over competition games.

A place to go to watch cricket is Scarborough (commonly known as Scarbados) when Yorkshire are playing, doesn't matter what type of game it is come lunch and tea breaks, the square is roped off and on the outfield there are many games of cricket being played with parents and kids participating.

When my kids were younger we always took a bat and ball to the game, it's a scene reminiscent of a school playground with many games taking place all crossing over each other.

Quote from: Nbodger on July 25, 2021, 11:11:11 AMThe ECB needs to get its priorities sorted and plan cricket accordingly, perhaps change the T20 blast to accommodate some of the rules of the100 and have one competition, certainly prefer the T20 Blast to the100.
Quote from one Cricket fan I know... "the 100 is really nothing more than a decimalised T20... We've just got out of Europe, we shouldn't be letting them ruin a traditional British game now..."
