Kipper

My name comes from Kipper the Dog cartoons and childrens books. I didn't write them, just read them to the grandbrats when babysitting the little tykes.

37058

From my old bashing days...37058 was my first NB Tractor for haulage in the mid 90s (Not Scotland as im only 29) :-[ But Many more came after :claphappy:

My user name should be 37429 with my profile picture!! Also 37058 is my eBay username :P

Elvinley

Mine is the name of my main N gauge railway. The name comes from my Dad's middle name of Elvin. He got me well and truly into railways so it makes sense to give him some credit.

Neonoodle

Neonoodle, i get asked a lot what is stands for, simple nothing! lol

I wanted a online name that was original, and i was playing a PC game at the time called hardwar and my fav ship was the Neo Tiger. So i came up with the name Neo Neil, and Neil was my first name, but soon got bored, so i combined the ships name with my favourite snack at the time with has Super noodles (so student eh!) so i came up with Neonoodle!

At the time and for many years if you typed it into internet search engines nothing would apear, now you get alsorts, so i say everyone stole it lol. I even have some pool floats named after me!!!

Very nice!

Mine was a very original M plate 80 2.0E sport which I fiddled with. Ronal wheels with bare alloy polished lip, polybushed all round (wishbones, front ARB, rear beam), greenstuff pads up front, BOGE turbogas dampers, URs4 front buckets, spare set of Ronal aero wheels with winter tyres along with all the little bits and pieces you generally do to a car you love!! Got broken a few years ago and was replaced by a Toyota Starlet as Manchester insurance and a 200 mile a week commute wasn't being very pleasant to me. Are you on audifans or nogsport forums? Eric who runs nogsport is a mate who amongst others on the forum, is very hands-on knowledgeable about these B4s, B3s and other older Audis.

cookiescrumble

My last name is Cook, so naturally I got called Cookie alot .

My username comes from the saying, 'Thats the way the cookie crumbles'  ;).

I was on a forum last year, but got hooked on this one instead !  :NGF:

To be honest i do enjoy the fault finding - it's what i do best (apart from driving buses, boss !). If i get really stuck i will look into the forums you mentioned. Just wish haynes would do a manual for the later B4... :veryangry: would make life just that bit easier.

Thanks d-a-n !

Should change my name to 4x2=audi80 or something equally daft !  :)

sprichasm

S.P.R.I. (spri) were the initials of the research institute where I worked when I first began seriously using the internet. "chasm" was a nick-name given to me by a colleague who thought I was rather deep (!?) so "sprichasm" was born.
