Similarly I knew it was coming, heard the wife's phone and thought mine hadn't worked, till I remembered I had left it in the car.  :dunce:  :dunce:
It worked.
Was timed to go off at 2pm AEST, which meant the people in WA heard it at midday, and SA/NT at 1:30pm.

There is a major bowling fest at the bowlo this week. State championship of women's bowls! The place is full of women with coloured shirts with names like Dubbo, Yamba, Newcastle, etc.

Must be bringing money into the town.

Thank God I'm going down the south coast to Mollymook until Friday.  :beers:

Blimey! I knew Australia was famous for some pretty odd girl's names but I hadn't realised things had gone quite that far...

Cheers,

Bealman has headed south for a couple of nights in Mollymook. Bit of a break from all the medical stuff.

NewportNobby and Bealman have a sort of breakfast comparison on their respective wanderings, but I posted this to show I have orange juice with brekkie, not VB  :)

Even Mrs B wouldn't go in the pool at 8pm in winter!

You cruel, cruel man. I'm not allowed any of that any more. Apart from the mushrooms and I hate mushrooms.

 :(

Enjoy!

Cheers,

Chris

At least he didn't call it a full English 'cos that has BAKED BEANS!!!!!
I have a mushroom allergy anyway, and can't take black/white pudding

Bealman

No black pudding here, but I did switch to scrambled eggs and green snot pie! ;D

Nbodger

Despite being surrounded by poultry most of my younger life, you won't find eggs of any description on my breakfast plate, nor mushrooms or black pudding.

But where are the Baked Beans

Buttered Toast and black current jam to finish

Not forgetting orange juice and copious amounts of black coffee

Bealman

Gawd I'm going back to VB breakfasts.

Full English is fine by me but definitely NO to baked beans.

And by the way, those sausages and the bacon don't look cooked to me.

Bealman

They were the best bits!
