Classifieds images not working

Been repeatedly trying to upload image to classified listing and keep getting error that file is wrong format (which it is not - jpeg!). Is this a forum bug?

I'm uploading images taken as I've done before and using the same software to crop - all previous images had no problem.

Had a quick look, can't see anything obviously wrong, will have to get tech on to it.

this affects any upload on the site, i have contacted the host to look into the issue.

This has stopped working again - same problem, error message and can't therefore upload.............
