I assume you mean a Collett Goods 0-6-0 tender loco, of which Peco and UM have both had a stab at, and both are no longer available.

I would love one of those. I do keep my eyes peeled on eBay. The sole 1:1 scale survivor lives near me and is a fabulous machine.
I'm pretty sure I saw a Peco 2251 in Footplate models of Kidderminster earlier this week. GWR livery. If it was BR I might well have bought it.
I have actully "driven" 3205, well the driver invited me to open the regulator, which I did. Maybe a little too enthusiastically.
Working doesn't seem to be the perfect thing for me so I'll continue to play.

There is also the Langley 2251 kit - still available although its a bit dated and needs some work to look nice. I have one I built long ago and with a Farish 0-6-0 chassis and tender pickups its a very nice runner if a little lacking on the visual end of things.
