The instructions on the individual package (word-for-word, I swear) said:

We get tissues and toilet roll from Who Gives a Crap. Their boxes are plastered with the company name, it's clearly very intentional!

On a similar note I use loads of this stuff from Screwfix and it really does do what it says on the tin tube
