In the latest PostScript catalogue (psbooks.co.uk) there are three books which may be of interest:

Modelling Signal Boxes by Terry Booker for £9.99
Modelling Euro Railways  ditto
and English Electric Class 50 by Jarrod Cotter for £9.99
Perhaps the proof that there is intelligent life in outer space is that they haven't contacted us.
