Well,

Dad has given up and I've just been down to make a start picking up his horde.

Thus far I've got 52 engines, 83 coaches and 212 wagons. But it's not the stock, it's the tonnage of other stuff!

Gonna take ages to wade through it all!

Yeh it is but he's struggling now so it's a bit much for him.

I have just been sorting through my cupboards which support the layout and wading through several years of R.M, LNER Society Journals and NGS Journals. Asked around model railway clubs but no one wants them.
Fully filled this weeks Green Bin and what a weight!

We don't have those in the UK any more. Any treatment, extractions etc are done over the phone now
