Hi folks

I recently treated myself to a reproduction of Terence Cuneo's "Waterloo Station" (1967) to hang in the railway room. I believe the original is in the National Railway Museum at York, on loan from the Science Museum. It's a lot bigger than my repro - the original is, I think, 20' x 10', mine is more like 36"x15". I'm very pleased with it.

However, can't find the mouse!

Can anyone clue me in?

Thanks!

He's up on the left hand corner of the Johnny Walker box on top of the theatre tickets kiosk. (Well, I think it's the mouse)

Prime minister Harold Wilson is also in that pic!

Thanks, George, I see where you mean - but has now prompted a grumble to the suppliers of said reproduction that it's a crappy copy that I could have done myself with a laserjet and some paper rather than spending quite a lot of money on it. The mouse is an indistinct blob.

However - I spotted Wilson, and I swear it's the Queen to the right of Platform 11 in a white outfit and hat shaking hands with one of the Met's Finest.

I'm sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the print, Steve. Money back?

I'm not sure if that's the Queen.... the outfit is yellow to my eyes, and it's pretty short! Still, it was 1967.  ;)

Even more reason to get grumpy with the Museum and their licensee :) If I can't tell the Queen from Liz Taylor there's a problem.   :)

Thanks for the link, Mike. Gives me some ammunition with the Science Museum that the reproductions that their US licensee sells are pretty cr*ppy quality for the price.
