For those who aren't aware, this is a free model railway magazine published online every couple of months.

Yours truly has an article in there about making cliffs that could have done with a spot of proof reading but otherwise features plenty of shots of my various N-gauge projects (and a few holiday snaps). Much more interesting is a very ambitious layout modelling Tinsley Depot in its entirety! There's at least one N-specific review, a Peco 7-plank wagon of some sort, plus numerous books appropriate to every scale. An article on working with resin kits appears to feature an N-scale building of some sort, but presumably applies to all scale too.

Many thanks for this.  I had not heard of this free online magazine until your helpful post.  It looks interesting...

And I'll have 1-6 to catch up on as well!

Thanks again and best wishes.

The Table-Top Railway is an attempt to create, in British 'N' gauge,  a 'semi-scenic' railway in the old-fashioned style, reminiscent of the layouts of the 1930s to the 1950s.

There is a Youtube channel dedicated to this layout - look for the user "emoh8765". OO gauge, but still very worth a look.

Alan

If Dr Al is online he may be able to provide a more comprehensive answer.

Its a shame the Tinsley model was done by a Dave Gilmore, rather than the Dave Gilmore :)

Nice mag. I particularly liked your article on cliff forming. There's always more to learn especially about the geology!
I do this work under a cold white led lamp to minimise the risk of colour cast.
