Is there a way of 'bookmarking' a thread,
so I can easily find it in future.

Just above the post there are a row of 'buttons', the first being 'Reply'. Next to that is 'add bookmark'. 

Doh.

As the girl's I worked with used to say,

"Typical man man, its right in front of him,
and he can't see it".
