My elderly mother has actually offered to pay for me to have a new layout built!!!!!!! She said she is fed up coming round and only seeing a baseboard with a few bits of track and little progress. I don't think she realises how expensive this will be (he-he), but I better get organised while she is still around to pay for it. Now to get some good track plan books - any suggestions?

Newportnobby

I have the RM book of N gauge plans, but the first 5 layouts suggest you can build them on a 4 x 2ft board - and I don't think you can ???

tadpole

Moi?
Not much railwa..., oh yes, British Railways form the Air. Nice book.

...and a hangover, obviuosly.
Two rails good. Three better.

Chinahand

Nothing. I'm busy packing everything up ready for the big move back to UK next year so didn't want any more to pack. There's nothing available here in China anyway.

Don't worry. I'm sure I'll make up for it once I get back to UK. ;D
