I was just wondering how many of you have had your layouts featured in any of the big four magazines? Mine isn't good enough but I know a lot of yours on here are.
Another house move despite "never again" has given me a second floor layout so Geominster Mainline & Heritage Line will be modified and enlarged with siding storage.

My Facebook Diary is Geominster if anyone wants to view it please ask, it is a private group requiring acceptance, thanks.

This then is my third version modified which has been improved from previous efforts and lessons learned.

Geominster was my first project which has now been dismantled. Having learnt so much from  previous Geominster projects this is the latest one.

Latest Youtube video is here.

My layout "Lofthole Oil Terminal" and my mate Neal's "Horseblock Lane" have both been in Railway Modeller.

Cheers  Jon  :)

I know of some but I'd rather the people came forward themselves. If they don't, I will >:D

By George I think you are right.. er George!  ;)

Personally I do not think HOLLERTON JUNCTION is good enough to grace the pages of any model railway publication.  There are far better train sets out there than mine.  I just hope my ramblings on the NGF entertain and hopefully help other modellers.

Kind regards

Hope you didn't take offence buddy... what I mean is that it's time Hollerton Junction was published!

My layout, Polpendra, has been in both the Railway Modeller and Model Rail, I enjoyed both the photographing sessions and the opportunity to see my work in print. What was surreal was that we had the same photographer for both. Craig Tilley worked freelance, I think for Model Rail and photographed Polpendra then had started working at Railway Modeller for the photo shoot with the layout once more!

Great set of images in each case.

Best wishes
Simon
