Has anybody fitted Train Tech N gauge lighting strips into Farish Mk 1 coaches? and how easy was it, do the coaches need any mods.

Hi, and welcome to the forum
I, too, would be interested in any replies, not least how to get the carriage roofs off without mayhem ensuing :-[

G'day from Australia,  teamleader, and welcome to the NGF!

If it's the old Poole Mk 1 coaches,  you just have to turn them upside down  :D

Hi Bealman

Thanks for your advice but the problem is that when the lighting strip is
placed into the roof section the roof will not fasten down onto the coach body because the battery holder is too bulky and it appears major surgery is required to cut back the coach interior.

George (Bealman) shouldn't really comment because he lives in Oz so all his stock is upside down ;)
