I bought some of this for my fiddle yard and although I've had no problems with its running qualities, I did have a problem using the standard Peco rail joiners. It seems that the bottom of the rail is fractionally wider than Peco track, so I had to file it narrower until the joiners fitted. On reflection I would probaly go for code 80 Streamline on future fiddle yards.

It's OK but inferior to Peco. The sleeper base is a less flexible plastic than Peco use and the webbing is only gapped on one side rather than alternating as peco do. That means it only bends easily in one direction and also the chairs break off rather too easily if it is not treated carefully...

It is claimed to be a match for Peco code 80 and the rail height is very close, but the rail section is noticably wider and consequently as mentioned  above using the standard Peco rail joiners needs some careful adjustment...

We found that it was a touch higher too - perhaps 0.083" instead of 0.080" high.  It wasn't a success - we used a load of it in the fiddle yard of a layout at the club, and ended up relaying it all with Peco.

Perhaps, once again, you get what you pay for!
