Does anyone know if there is a suitable cattle lorry available that would suit my late 50s/early 60s layout.
Got the cattle dock, the cattle waggons and the cattle but no lorry !
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Dornaplas do one, I think.

My only worry about the P&D Marsh one is that it may be a little small.
I have a couple of other Marsh vehicles and they do seem a little on the small size compared to Oxford and Base Toys vehicles that I have.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

http://www.easy01.de/etchIT-store_en/pd1332073824.htm?categoryId=4 is an etch to put on any chassis.  They also sell chassis and cabs.  I've not tried them myself, but they look good.

Yes  they do  the Thornycroft one & the windows wont be solid allowing you to glaze them  :D
And very nice it is too (have a couple myself, one modified to the similar A.E.C.), but that Thornycroft is a late 1920s design and the chances of still being around in the O/Ps Late 50s/60s timescale are small...

You could still use the rear bodywork though, transplanted on to a more modern chassis/cab eg one of the Base toys range.
