George (Bealman) is currently in hospital with a fractured vertebra he blames on picking up a rack of VB. Said hospital wanted to send him home yesterday with some painkillers but it's obviously far worse than they think as the poor chap is almost passing out with the pain.
He's now in a 'proper' ward so, hopefully, will be having an X ray and a consultation with someone who knows what they're talking about*
I thought our NHS was bad at times but the same seems to apply down under ::)

*Just my hope, rather than me knowing what's going on

Bealman

Yeah, well I'm in a public hospital so hopefully won't have to pay for it, cos it looks like I'll be here a while. :*(

Dangerous stuff that VB.

Hope you soon start to improve.

I presume "VB" is Victoria Bitter, not Visual Basic or Victoria Beckham?  :) :)  (you can tell I googled it!)

In hospital your next VB will probably be virtuous broccoli. That will make you strong enough to carry a slab of VB again, George!

Get well soon.

Take it easy, I hope you get well soon and are not in hospital too long.

Train Waiting

Sorry to hear you are in hospital, George.

I hope the clever doctors get you fixed up and you are back at the Beal & Castle Eden and Bowlo in no time at all.

With the very best of good wishes.

I've told you before about wearing a back brace when handling your wallet.

Get well soon George.

I can explain it to you...

...but I can't understand it for you.
