As per title, want to Order something from Republic Locomotive Works when they come back from their holidays in August, however I don't have a credit card and they don't take Paypal.  Total cost of the item without shipping is 13USD and is an etched fret.

Have 20USD cash here that can be posted over and any balance needed sent by Paypal(gift).
