heads up for anyone who uses Sgt's Mess for wargames items

just a heads up.
order placed 5th March still not received.
repeated attempts to contact them via e-mail, their website 'contact us' form, and phone calls have elicited no response.
reported to Paypal, who appear also to have received no response from them.

I would, therefore, suggest that anyone considering placing orders with them hold fire, as it is not clear if they are in fact still trading, though accepting orders / payments.

case escalated through Paypal system to have order cancelled and payment refunded.

somewhat baffled, not that it takes much 

if I open their website, I can select items and put them in my basket, and even then go the 'checkout' and select payment method 

not gone any further than that, but if I attempt to select 'home' I get

so it looks as though they are no longer trading, but their site is still accepting orders and taking payments 

according to Paypal resolutions they have until 10th April to respond, so we will see what, if any, response they get.
