Lack of response from Modelmaster...

Hi, has anyone had any meaningfull contact with Modelmaster in the last fews weeks?

I ordered nearly £40 of decals, they sent them about three weeks after ordering and appologised for the delay. Problem is they weren't the correct decals, not even close. I sent an emal informing them two weeks ago, and another this evening, but I'm not getting any response.

You are one of very many who have been well and truly let down by Modelmaster, there are several current and locked threads over on RMWeb with long lines of dissatisfied, let down and thoroughly peeved MM customers venting their spleens.  I would advise checking your refund claim window from whatever payment method you used and act accordingly.
