Email purporting to be from NHS offering a  Covid free "passport" which links to a page that looks almost convincing,, a "form" to fill in with name address date of birth, plus mothers maiden name, that set the beware flag, next page asked for bank details which prompted a hurried DELETE.

I use an iPad and if I get a suspicious email, I click on reply. It shows the original message and originating email address under the new message. If this address isn't what it should be, I just delete it.
The years have been good to me, it was the weekends that did the damage.

Just off the phone after trying to explain to my 84 year old father in law that the Facebook message he received from another family member is another scam, apparently the DHHS? are giving out covid grants and he may be eligible!
Of course he clicked the link, phoned the number and whoever answered seemed more interested in him sending $300 worth of gift cards than personal information, of course being 9:pm on a Sunday that was not going to happen, instead he phoned us to let us know all about his good fortune!
So, relative informed their Facebook account has been hacked, father in law let down gently that the U.S Government are not sending him a shed load of money and to change his phone number and online passwords just in case.
If it seems too good to be true................
