Excellent Service

A week ago I accidentally dropped my Gaugemaster model D controller to the floor some 18" to 24" drop.
One of the outputs to track then did not work, the controller is at least 10 or 20 years old and was bought second hand on ebay.
I sent it back for repair and they received it last Monday.
Today it was returned fully operational and entirely without charge for either the repair or return postage.
I think that is remarkable, full marks to Gaugemaster.
