Unable to start new topic in Book review

Chaps,

I seem to be having an issue trying to start a New Topic in the Book Reviews an DVD reviews sections. Every time I click the New Topic button I get sent back to the main Forum Index, this doesn't seem to happen in any other areas.

When I hover my mouse over the Start Topic Button, I get this link https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=form;n=3

Where as other Start Topic Buttons give this link https://www.ngaugeforum.co.uk/SMFN/index.php?action=post;board=138.0 for the Coupling Reviews board as an example, which does allow a New Topic to be posted.

Nobby is the only one allowed to create new topics there drop him a pm pla

Or submit your review as per the link you see and after its vetted it will appear in that section

Must be a permissions thing. Everyone should be able to post a review of books, DVDs etc etc.
If it's limited to me it must be something Admin have done @Only Me
