Happy New Year everyone.
I've, for the last 36 years, thought NYE was a non-event.  When the kids were young, getting a baby sitter proved nigh on impossible, so we slipped into the routine of not celebrating.  More recently, we just have few bevvies and go to bed at the usual time and get woken up by the prats with fireworks. Ho hum.

A Happy New Year to one and all
After the  last year, I reckon the first half at least of 2021 is going to be somewhat strange as we'll end up maybe being half dosed and getting used to whatever being out of the EU means to the ordinary person. At least it will be more interesting than last year, methinks

............ and would be responsible for paying for any pet owner / parent who needed to provide sedation for pets / children who were affected by said idiots bangieness.

It's not just pets and children who need sedation, some adults need it too. Plenty of fireworks going off around here from about 6pm I think so I had to be sedated by this:



I found that just 1 was sufficient last night
