A quick google search finds the ones mentioned by @crewearpley40 of course.     I had it in the back of my mind that Lyddle End or Scenecraft may have offered one, but I may be wrong.

Lyddle end did offer one but you had to buy the church ntpntpntp . Mainly found on ebay these days

Yes, Lyddle End N8032.   Hattons had one on offer on its own at some point in the past

The Langley version looks a little bulky but I like the design better than the Hornby one.

Hornby did 2 items in the Lyddle End range which might be of interest - N8032 & N8695
N8032 - Church Gate has already been mentioned, N8695 is called Lytch Gate.
