Storing Graham Farish plank wagons when loaded

Hello.
Today I've added some coal load to a few Graham Farish plank wagons.
But now the wagons cannot back in their box anymore. 
How do you store these wagons when loaded?
Do you move them to another box? Do you manage to keep using the black and yellow Graham Farish box with a different inner compartment?

I cut off the piece of clear moulding that would normally go into the empty wagon, which makes it possible to use the same packaging and box.
