I'm not sure it's clear what this is - a rehash of the DJM design (which looked mechanically awful), a redesign of it, or a completely new design.

That was the now defunct DJ Models.

This is a new unconnected manufacturer, though is understood to have acquired the part complete CAD from DJM.
It is not clear what if any changes have been made to that CAD which previously drew criticism in a number of areas.

They do ask for constructive criticism on the cad drawings to get an accurate model.
