Starring: Arthur Askey, Richard Murdoch, Kathleen Harrison

Story about the social interaction of a group of railway passengers who have been stranded at a remote rural station overnight who are increasingly threatened by a latent external force. Part talkie mostly silent.

I've seen this a few times and it's a good film. The original play is also a regular favourite with repertory companies.

The play was written by Arnold Ridley who played Private Godfrey in "Dad's Army"

I missed it. :( I didn't even have a chance to hit record - I like to cede the TV over to MBH on weekends :angel: - but I think TPTV repeat a lot. :beers:
