Strictly come dancing starts tonight - ITS ON NOW...
Could be spending a lot more time on here early Saturday evenings.

(Ducks behind computer and waits for rain of golden arrows covered in glitter and the remains of celebrities past who didn't  - and never could - make the grade.)

SWMBO has stolen and hidden the remote as well!!

:bounce:

Size matters - especially if you don't have a lot of space - and N gauge is the answer!

That sounds a bit like our house Bob, fortunately I work every second Saturday night so only have to avoid it twice a month - which is two Saturday nights I can disappear into the train room with no complaints. :)

I used to be indecisive - now I'm not - I don't think.

I've never ever watched it, no idea why I'd want to and never ever will.
I'm sure I'll get used to cream first soon.

Luckily, or maybe by careful choice  ;) , my misses can't stand any shows like Strictly, Bake Off, X-Factor, soaps, etc. She'd much rather watch car/train/plane programs :D

I don't think your missus is a woman - sounds more like an angel to me

I think it's great! I tend to avoid the early weeks, though, to let the wheat get separated from the chaff.

No matter how much I twiddle the aerial we can't pick up BBC this far east. Phew.

I think my only exposure to this was at my parents' house, where they like to turn the volume ALL THE WAY UP TO ELEVEN. That and the manically grinning smiles. And the sequins. One programme I definitely will never be looking up on Peer's Torrential Library of Bits.

Working doesn't seem to be the perfect thing for me so I'll continue to play.

All is good in our household. She will be watching Strictly and X factor while I do small layout stuff (buildings, boats etc.) in the kitchen (only smoking room).

I can see the TV and don't really mind them. Can pop upstairs to the layout whenever, no questions asked. She's happy especially with the large glasses of wine I give her, then she's tired, goes to bed and I sit down to watch Mock the Week and Match of the Day. Sorted  :)

Cheers weave  :beers:

PS I won't be able to watch Judge Rinder in the same light (not that I watch it )

One man's light entertainment is another man's feeble dross.

TBH, if you use the feeble dross argument, there's virtually nothing viewable on telly at all, including the news.
