Not as bad as the heading but everything is being readied for a move. New town and a ground floor flat.
Total disruption for several weeks/months. 7 years ago we moved to our present 2 bed house from a 4 bed properly and then are still boxes that were never unpacked.

Sounds to me you need to hold a garage sale (but without the garage) and see if you can raise some funds. Hope all goes well with the move and that you soon settle into your new flat

Trouble is some of the stuff belongs to the kids and they have not rushed to collect them.. They think we have unlimited storage. Including bits for my sons' Audi A4,
I also have a chainsaw, generator, and 3 large metal toolboxes of tools accumulated over 30 plus years that I don't want to get rid of.

Will you actually have a separate garage to the flat for storage of those items?

Got a garden and can take my shed but need to empty it to be able to dismantle it first.
Serious shifting of stuff needed but family on holiday and may not be back before we get the move date. Trying to fit every thing in between hospital appointments.
Looks like it may be just me and the wife moving stuff.

Good luck!  Moving is super stressful, as I just have too many things to box up!  :D

Too late now but I don't think I labeled the different boxes with which gauges they contain.
