usually by class ie first class all at one end, second at the other, with kitchen coaches appropriate to class, and the hadrian bar in 1st class.

as an afterthought you could also add in a mk1 BG as this was also prototypical

I think the reference is to a vehicle type and not colour.
BG is a Brake Gangwayed vehicle.  Some say Brake Goods but it is what we used to call a full Brake i.e. the bogie mail or parcels vehicle with no seating area apart from a guards compartment usually marshalled at the end of a passenger train.

I would suggest a little research before dealing with that character.

eg: http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index.php?/topic/9681-ray-mansfield-model-railways/ is entirely typical of feedback on various forums...

remember pullman cars usually worked in pairs, ie. kitchen first+parlour first.

I would marshall the rake of coaches as follows:

-Graham Farish 374-200b,mk1 first parlour, amethyst-
-Graham Farish 374-220,  mk1 Pullman first Kitchen, eagle-
-Graham Farish 374-200,  mk1 first parlour, emerald-
-Graham Farish 374-220b,  mk1 Pullman first Kitchen, falcon-
-Graham Farish 374-240 , mk1 bar second pullman, hadrian bar-
-Graham Farish 374-210,  mk1 second parlour, car 347-
-Graham Farish 374-230,  mk1 second kitchen, car 332-
-Graham Farish 374-210b, mk1 second parlour, car 349-
-Graham Farish 374-230b, mk1 second kitchen, car 334-
-Graham Farish 374-029/a/b/c, mk1 BG Or 374-038, new blue riband mk1 bg(due out Feb/March), chocolate and cream livery.

personally I would wait for the new brake coach, imho they are excellent and the old one won't do your pullmans justice.
Note the parlour and kitchen cars are marshalled as pairs with the kitchen area in the middle of the pair, so the waiters don't have far to walk with the food. First class at one end of the train, bar car in the middle to keep second class riff-raff out of first class, then second class, i think the brake could be at either end of the train.

Also available are the following matching mk1 pullmans from farish, released a while back, which may be useful if you want to extend the rake:
-Graham Farish 374-200a,  mk1 first parlour, Amber-
-Graham Farish 374-210a,  mk1 second parlour, car 348-
-Graham Farish 374-220a,  mk1 Pullman first Kitchen, Magpie-
-Graham Farish 374-230a,  mk1 second kitchen, car 333-

I included the catalogue numbers as a quick reference for you.

thats the £20 question...

watch ebay, try some of the smaller model shops who may still have older stock, i got an older wagon that way last week.. search the net, some may turn up in classifieds on forums or other auction sites. you could even try advertising for them in the wanted section.. just be careful you don't get mixed up with the OO versions.. OO catalogue numbers are 5 digits and maybe a letter. i.e. 12-123a. The Farish catalogue numbers are six digits. i.e. 123-123 plus maybe a letter. Remember not all advertisers get the details right though!

found this one in canada..
http://www.bsmcl.com/GrahamFarish.htm
this is not a recommendation and i have no affiliation to the seller at all though.
