Class 153 liveries

I wonder if a member could identify a timeframe ie first appearance/ last appearance of the blue/gold star "First North Western" livery as carried by the class 153.

I know these units also appeared later in the same livery, but branded " Northern" - what period was this?

Also any thoughts on when class 153 first appeared in the Arriva livery (still carried)

I think First Northwestern was from early 97 to late 04, when Northern started taking over.

I don't have any specific information about when the 153s were painted/repainted though.  I'd be interested though - I have a couple myself!
