It's heavily featured except in Daily Wail tabloid land. Actual (non tabloid nuthouse) health and safety is based on evidence, probabilities, systemic analysis using things like ALARP and also pragmatic.

Don't confuse it with frequently bogus stories or with insurance company driven paranoia (this screwdriver packed in a non nut free factory), neither of which have anything to do with H&S and everything to do with our broken legal system.
